1. Cancellation Procedure
If you need to cancel or reschedule an engagement with Nibhish Consultancy and Services, please notify us as soon as possible. You can cancel or request to reschedule by contacting us via email at rishinanda@nibhish.com
2. Cancellation Fees
Cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing of the cancellation and the nature of the engagement. The following guidelines outline our cancellation fees:
- Standard Engagements: For standard engagements such as keynote speaking sessions, motivational workshops, or corporate training sessions, the following cancellation fees may apply:
- Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance: No cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled engagement: 50% of the total engagement fee.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled engagement or no-shows: 10% of the total engagement fee.
- Custom Engagements: For custom engagements, including tailored keynote speeches, corporate events, or epic sessions, cancellation fees will be determined on a case-by-case basis depending on the nature and complexity of the engagement.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds for cancellations will be issued according to the following guidelines:
- If cancellation fees apply, the refund amount will be calculated based on the applicable cancellation fee percentage outlined above.
- Refunds will be processed within 2 to 3 business day of receiving the cancellation request and will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
4. Force Majeure
In the event that a cancellation is due to circumstances beyond your control or ours, such as natural disasters, emergencies, or other force majeure events, we will work with you to reschedule the engagement at no additional cost whenever possible. In such cases, cancellation fees may be waived at our discretion.
5. Changes and Amendments
We understand that unexpected changes may occur, and we are committed to accommodating reasonable requests for changes or amendments to engagements whenever possible. Please contact us to discuss any changes or amendments to your scheduled engagement.
